WIN.I.T.Y, is an Empowerment Program and Community Vendor dedicated to helping adults gain independence, knowledge, hope, and real-life essential skills. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential through WIN.I.T.Y.
Through personalized life skills coaching, community reinvestment support, and structured empowerment services, we help individuals build independence, stability, and long-term growth within the DDD community.

Our Services
Empowerment
Providing tools and resources to help individuals achieve personal goals and independence. Services may include:
*Technology and digital literacy support
*Community navigation and daily living assistance
*Transportation coordination (Uber/Lyft support)
*Virtual communication assistance (FaceTime, video apps)
*Assistance with completing online Forms
*Access to local resources, including finding food pantries
Support
Offering 1:1 & group coaching sessions including person-centered planning available. Lending a helping hand by assisting with most tasks that you need. Services are flexible and tailored to individual needs, with funding typically allocated through the client's approved budget.
Hope
We support individuals in pursuing personal interests and educational goals by assisting with enrollment in classes, certifications, and skill-building opportunities within their budget. Participants may also utilize the WIN.I.T.Y Rewards Card to invest in their growth and future success.

A Message from Our Founder
There comes a time when transformation requires more than tradition. My name is Latonda P. Hinton, and I created WIN.I.T.Y to redefine what empowerment truly looks like.
My work is centered on helping individuals shift how they see themselves and their potential-not just financially, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
WIN.I.T.Y
was born out of necessity. Out of love. Out of a deep understanding that real empowerment doesn’t happen in sterile boxes—it blooms in personalized, dignified support. I am here to challenge the limitations and rewrite the narrative for individuals who've long been overlooked or underserved. I don’t teach people how to follow the system—I show them how to thrive within it while preparing for life beyond it. This is your permission to dream again, to live intentionally, and to invest in the one person who matters most—you.

Housing Support/Resources
Finding safe and stable housing is essential to long-term independence and well-being. WIN.I.T.Y provides guidance and support to help individuals navigate housing resources, programs, and available options within their community.
COMING SOON: We are also working toward creating housing opportunities through future partnerships, sponsorships, and donations designed to assist individuals with limited resources. Our goal is to create safe and stable living solutions for individuals who need it most.
